Seville Estate was established in 1972 and occupies an old volcanic ridge previously farmed for potatoes.
In ’72 the first vines were planted and in 2018 we took on a project to re-imagine the old homestead, gardens, and restaurant space.
With beautiful backdrops of the ranges to the east we have created a space in tune with nature and surrounded by our award-winning vineyards.
We have planted natives, created a billabong, river beds and seating areas within the gardens also adding a vegetable plot to supply the kitchen team with fresh produce.
During the summer months the gardens are abundant with colour, autumn brings a change in the vineyard as the leaves start to golden and eventually fall we believe it is the perfect location to share a family celebration.
With exclusive use of the property (including accommodation) we believe there is no better place to surround yourselves with loved ones.
